Earl required new keys made to his trailer hitch lock.
I bought the Cowdroy P697 from Danny. I received it last Wednesday (9/16/09) and installed it today (9/21/09). The lock is very nice. Installation took me one hour, with no real surprises, and I took the time to install the lock flush with the door. I would consider myself a mid-level handyman.
If you are considering buying this lock I highly recommend it.
